My story
Ever since I was about 13 years old, I have known that I have a special gift for supporting people to move through their troubles, access their true potential and live their dream life.
I went to Uni and completed a Masters in Applied Psychology.
I then went on to complete multiple experiential courses in Emotional Intelligence, Life Coaching, Spiritual and Energy Healing.
During my work with adults I have come to realise that we all have our own answers inside of us, but we often need help to find them.
Since I became a parent, my top priority is to give my children the best start in life, and now I wish that for you and your children as well.

Only the Best
Our Children are our Greatest Teachers.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned from becoming a parent, it’s that there is no “right” way to parent.
I consider my children to be my equals, and they teach me as much as I teach them.
They have helped me to grow as a person. They act as a “mirror” to my own self doubts and emotions, and as a result these cards are a combination of support for parents as for their children.
Designed and Written with Love
Every card and message is infused with so much love. I have completed these cards over the past 12 months, little by little.
My own children are sensitive, caring souls and as I wrote each page of the guidebook and carefully selected appropriate photos to convey the message in each card, I did so with positive intention for every family that comes into contact with these cards.
